The U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation on Wednesday to allow
for permanent year-round E15 sales, also to include reforms to small-refinery
exemptions to the Renewable Fuel Standard.

Prices of all eight major fertilizers were higher in the first full week
of May 2026 compared to a month earlier. However, only one fertilizer was
